32-year-old Jennifer Mcfarlin was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct when several businesses complained that she was entering their locations and threatening employees.
On July 16th, police had received several phone calls about the defendant, Jennifer Mcfarlin, walking into businesses and threatening its employees and patrons. When the officer arrived she admitted to him that she had been on the property and inside the stores that had banned her for her behavior. As the officer was going to detain her she began screaming, drawing the attention of several civilians.
The civilians began moving towards the officer and Mcfarlin to see what was going on. Reportedly, the officer described the spot that they were in during the attempt of detainment to be dangerous, as it was a parking lot with several cars in it.
Jennifer Mcfarlin was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. She was later freed on pre-trial release.
