41-year-old Laura Boone was charged with stalking after she harassed her ex-lover, his dog, his friends, and interrogated him over email.
On August 12th, Patrick Oxenfeldt was on the phone with the police when he received his third email from Laura Boone that day. In the month leading up to Oxenfeldt calling the police, Boone left him notes and gifts on his front porch.
Over that same month, she had sent him over 120 emails. Some posed as job offers, while others were more questioning and personal. She also contacted other females from Oxenfelt’s social media and told them about his past.
On August 20th, Laura Boone was arrested and charged with stalking. Her bond was set at $2,000.
