22-year-old Nissan Mitchell was charged with aggravated robbery when she and an accomplice gestured for a woman to come over to their SUV, threatened her with a handgun, told her to get in, then stole $2,000 from her.

On May 13th, Treasure Bolden was called over to an SUV on 333 Rio Vista Drive by Nissan Mitchell and her male accomplice. When she went to the vehicle she noticed Mitchell was pointing a black semi-automatic handgun at her. Bolden was instructed to get into the back of the vehicle where Mitchell pinned her arm and threatened to shoot her if she did not give Mitchell her money.

The money Mitchell was referring to was the $2,200 she knew Bolden had because she had taken her to cash a check earlier that day. The male suspect then took her wallet before telling her to walk away slowly or she would be shot. Bolden told authorities that the pair then fled in the SUV with $2,000 of her money. A six-person photo line up led to Bolden positively identifying Mitchell.

On August 4th, Nissan Mitchell was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery. Her bond was set at $20,000.
