35-year-old Elizabeth Jackson was charged with domestic assault when she hit her boyfriend in the back of the head with a television remote causing a scratch when he would not let her go through his phone.
On August 12th, police arrived at 719 Cheyenne Boulevard in response to a domestic dispute when John Mayo reported being assaulted by his girlfriend Elizabeth Jackson.
When they made contact with Mayo, he stated that Jackson became upset when she asked to see his phone and he refused. After the refusal, she reportedly grabbed a television remote that was nearby and struck him in the back of the head. The remote left a minor cut on his head.
Elizabeth Jackson was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $2,500.
