27-year-old Raelynn Vincent was charged with public intoxication when officers found her unable to stand or walk on the street.
On August 22nd, officers found Raelynn Vincent on the street at 110 3rd Ave. Officers helped her to her feet, but she was unable to stand up without almost falling over.
She tried to walk but was obviously risking falling over. Her speech was slurred when she was questioned. Vincent was taken into custody and transported to mobile booking because she was unable to care for herself.
Raelynn Vincent was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Her bond was set at $100, and all charges were dismissed after the required sobering up period.
