26-year-old Johnathan Schnell was charged with domestic assault and vandalism after he broke the windshield of his wife’s car and threatened her father.
On August 21st, authorities responded to a disturbance at 416 Mallory Street and found an intoxicated Johnathan Schnell arguing with Devin Stephenson, his wife, and Tony Southern, his wife’s father.
At some point, Schnell broke the front windshield on his wife’s vehicle. He claims that he broke it because he had property in the vehicle. Police also heard Schnell tell Southern, “I’m going to beat your ass!” He was taken into custody because the threats happened with officers present.
Johnathan Schnell was arrested and charged with domestic assault and vandalism. His bond was set at $3,000.
