23-year-old Jwaun Counts was charged with domestic assault when he punched a woman who was sitting in her car and broke her keys in the ignition.
On August 19th, Jwaun Counts showed up to 1438 Ireland Street and began to argue with Antonia Fisher. Officers say that as Fisher was trying to figure out why Counts was arguing with her, he reached into the car and broke her key in the ignition. The report then states that Counts started punching Fisher while she was still sitting in the car.
Fisher got out of the car to defend herself, but Counts punched her again, grabbed by her hair, and put her to the ground. Fisher bit Counts to defend herself during the fight. Their injuries corroborated the story and Counts was taken into custody.
Jwaun Counts was arrested and charged with domestic assault causing bodily harm. His bond was set at $1,000.
