25-year-old Tiresse Flye was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon when he pulled a gun on the mother of his children in her apartment in front of his own mother.
On August 24th, officers were dispatched to the area of Charles E Davis Boulevard for a man with a gun. Lakeya Clark, the mother of Flye’s children, stated that she let him in the house to get some of his stuff. Clark advised that Flye’s mother was in the apartment as well and when he pulled out a pistol she yelled “Get out of here he’s going to shoot!”
Clark said that she thought he was going to shoot and she was going to die. The officer made contact with the witness, Ms. Wilkerson, who stated that she saw Flye in the apartment with a pistol. Flye’s mother also advised he had a gun with him.
Tiresse Flye was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $35,000.
