Nashville man throws glass bottle during scuffle that shatters near a baby

43-year-old Gary Pitts was charged with reckless endangerment when he was tussling with another man and chucked a glass bottle at him where it shattered near his 3-month-old baby.

On August 10th, Michael Agee reported to police that he was involved in a physical altercation with the defendant, Gary Pitts, at an apartment located at 680 South 7th Street.

While they were fighting, Pitts threw a glass bottle and it shattered near the man’s 3-month-old child who was nearby. The police also received statements from witnesses who corroborated Agee’s report.

Gary Pitts was arrested and charged with felony reckless endangerment. His bond was set at $5,000.
