Nashville woman and her boyfriend caught with fentanyl and marijuana in Lebanon

39-year-old Dreama Stacy and 43-year-old Patrick Merchant were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of fentanyl, and possession of marijuana with intent after being pulled over for improperly changing lanes.

On July 29th, Officer Carrillo with the Lebanon Police Department pulled a vehicle over for an improper lane change. Dreama Stacy was found operating the vehicle, and Patrick Merchant was in the passenger seat. When the officer ran the driver’s name it was discovered she did not have a license to operate a vehicle.

Stacy consented to be searched and on her person, the officer found an orange pill container containing white powder residue. Merchant also consented to a search of his person where officers found three grams of suspected marijuana, a pipe, rolling papers, roaches, and several push pens. Inside the vehicle, the officer found two grams of suspected fentanyl, a set of scales, and one straw.

Dreama Stacy was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of fentanyl, possession of marijuana with intent, and driving without a license. She was later released on her own recognizance.

Patrick Merchant was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of fentanyl, and possession of marijuana with intent. He was later released on his own recognizance.
