Teen and three others plot robbery of Uber driver

18-year-old Paige Pardon and 21-year-old Trayevon Tibbs were charged with aggravated robbery after they robbed an Uber driver with two other people using semi-automatic pistols.

On June 11th, at 1216 Bellshire Terrace Drive, Paige Pardon requested an Uber ride from Phillip Kittrell who stated three females got into his 2017 Nissan Altima. Paige then requested him to stop so she could get her charger. Two men came up to the car at the same time armed with semi-automatic pistols demanding the driver exit the vehicle. The man who approached the passenger side of the car was Trayevon Tibbs. Phillip got out the car at which point the women and the men fled the area in the Altima as well with Phillip’s cell phone and 9 mm pistol.

On June 15th, Madison Investigations received a phone call from Clarksville Police Department stating they had recovered the stolen vehicle and were holding four subjects in custody. Interviews were conducted with audio and video recorded. Pardon admitted that she requested the Uber and was aware of the robbery that occurred. She also admitted to driving the vehicle when stopped by police. Phillip identified Trayevon Tibbs as one of the men who approached the vehicle assisting in robbing him at gunpoint. Paige did not identify the other people involved.

On July 20th, Trayevon Tibbs was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and theft. His bond was set at $160,000. The charges were dismissed on July 29th.

On August 26th, Paige Pardon was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery. She is currently jailed in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
