20-year-old Baily Robertucci was charged with domestic assault, vandalism, and disorderly conduct after locking herself in the bathroom with a knife and threatening to kill herself because of an argument.
On August 16th, officers responded to 200 11th Avenue North for a call regarding an individual, Baily Robertucci, who had a weapon and was threatening harm to herself. When officers arrived they found two people, one of whom was Max Horenstein, Robertucci’s ex-boyfriend, who told them the woman had locked herself in the bathroom with a knife and wouldn’t come out. When officers approached the door it was locked and she would not unlock it, but one of the people in the apartment was able to unlock it.
When it opened, she grabbed the knife from the sink and said she would stick the knife in her belly if anyone came in the bathroom. She was asked to put the knife back on the sink, she complied and was detained. She screamed the whole way to the patrol vehicle and kicked the door once placed inside. Mr. Horenstein went on to explain Robertucci was mad at someone that was in the apartment at the time and punched him in the groin and then grabbed all of his clothes, threw them on the ground, and poured alcohol on them. She also grabbed his bottle of Omeprazole and flushed it down the toilet.
Baily Robertucci was arrested and charged with domestic assault, vandalism, and disorderly conduct. Her bond was set at $3,500.
