25-year-old Aelicia Morehead was charged with vandalism after her ex-boyfriend discovered she threw away all of his belongings after he was served with an order of protection.
On August 25th, officers responded to a domestic incident at the Drake Motel located at 420 Murfreesboro Pike. Aelicia Morehead and Timothy Hawkins called the police on each other. Hawkins has an order of protection against him and was calling to go pick up some of his belongings from Aelicia.
She called when she saw Hawkins outside. Aelicia advised police she told Hawkins he could come to gather some of his belongings if he called the police first. Hawkins obeyed, but when he went to retrieve his stuff he discovered that Aelicia had thrown it all in the trash. Aelicia actually told police directly she had thrown all of his belongings in the trash.
Aelicia Morehead was arrested and charged with vandalism. Her bond was set at $2,000.
