46-year-old Wendy Brady was charged with indecent exposure and 48-year-old Chad Locke was charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest, and public intoxication when found at a beach with Wendy wearing only a tank top.
On September 3rd, State Park Rangers Loewer and Fite found Chad Locke and Wendy Brady at the Bryant Grove swim beach at Long Hunter State Park. When viewed from a distance, they noticed that Wendy was only wearing a tank top, Chad provided her with a blanket to cover up. The rangers observed that Chad was unsteady on his feet, unable to hold his coke can steady, and stumbling. Neither Wendy nor Chad had any form of identification. Wendy provided her social security number and Chad provided the name Jonathan Haas which came back with no records. The vehicle that they were in possession of had an expired registration and no insurance.

Chad granted the rangers permission to search the vehicle and Ranger Fite found two syringe needles, one half-full of a clear liquid and one empty. They also found a Narcan canister and three knives in the vehicle. When Ranger Fite initiated an arrest, Chad ran toward a wooded area along Barnett Road and jumped into the lake stating that he was going to swim to the other side and Ranger Fite pursued him on foot. Wendy was placed under arrest and placed in a transport vehicle. Ranger Sweeny arrived and assisted Ranger Fite in the pursuit of Chad. Ranger Fite was able to retrieve him via boat and took him into custody.
Wendy Brady was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. Her bond was set at $1,000.
Chad Locke was arrested and charged with evading arrest, public intoxication, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,600.
