28-year-old Priscila Tamayo was charged with public intoxication after police were called multiple times complaining about a woman being belligerent in an apartment complex parking lot arguing with her girlfriend.
On September 9th, Metro officers were dispatched to 4510 Charlotte Pike regarding a woman being disorderly and throwing items around in the apartment complex. When police arrived, Priscila Tamayo and her girlfriend were yelling and chasing each other around.
Earlier in the day, Metro Police responded to a separate call against Tamayo and her girlfriend. Officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol emitting from her breath and she was acting belligerent. Tamayo admitted to officers that she was in fact drunk.
Priscila Tamayo was arrested and charged with public intoxication. The charge was later dismissed.
