28-year-old Jessica Lefevers was charged with theft of merchandise after leaving a Walgreens with items she had not paid for. She was identified by video surveillance and caught five months later.
On April 20th, the staff at the Walgreens on 3500 Gallatin Pike became suspicious that a female in the store was going to shoplift and confronted her. Jessica Lefevers walked away to the pharmacy area where she was confronted again and became hostile.
Lefevers then walked out of the store without paying for the merchandise she had selected. She was identified through video surveillance and additional investigation.
On September 25th, Jessica Lefevers was arrested and charged with theft of merchandise less than $1,000. She was freed on pre-trial release.
