34-year-old Rebecca Holland was charged with domestic assault and vandalism after she reportedly cut up her boyfriend’s property and bit his arm, then leaving him to deal with the authorities who he did not want to give the whole truth.
On September 8th, Metro Nashville Police Officer Eugene Martino arrived at the shared residence of Aaron Morris and Rebecca Holland in reference to a domestic dispute but did not find Holland at the residence. Officer Davis noted a bite mark on Morris’ left upper arm as well as clothing and guitar strings which seemed to have been cut.

Morris told the officers that he and Holland got into an argument where she bit him and damaged his belongings, but did not identify the defendant while giving his report. The officer looked through the call/text logs and found Holland’s name, which he ran through the system and found that she and Morris have the same listed address. Both parties were also listed in a Matter of Record report in July. When Officer Martino spoke with Morris on the phone he admitted that Holland was the one who attacked him.
On September 23rd, Rebecca Holland was arrested and charged with domestic assault and vandalism. Her bond was set at $1,500.
