45-year-old Kevin Baltimore was charged with harassment after making 15 unwanted calls to a woman starting at three in the morning and continuing to call into the day to include while officers were taking her statement.
On August 5th, Metro Nashville Police Officers arrived at 808 Wren Road in response to a call regarding threats. It was determined that Kevin Baltimore is, or was in a dating relationship with Penny Ellis.
Ellis showed police over fifteen cell phone calls from Baltimore. They started at 3 a.m. and continued into the day. Officers noted that more calls were coming from Baltimore while they were taking Ellis’ statement.
On September 17th, Kevin Baltimore was arrested and charged with harassment. His bond was set at $1,000.
