Man in possession of meth, heroin, and suboxone during booking for burglary

22-year-old Timothy Clark was charged with contraband in a penal institution and burglary of a motor vehicle when he admitted to breaking into two vehicles and was found to be in possession of multiple narcotics during booking.

On September 10th, Metropolitan Nashville Police Officers were dispatched to 2615 Elm Hill Pike in regards to a fight. Officers made contact with Timothy Neil, who advised that he went to his car to get something when he noticed Timothy Clark in the back seat of his vehicle. Neil removed Clark from his vehicle and police arrived shortly after. After being Mirandized, Clark admitted to entering Neil’s vehicle in an attempt to steal money to pay a friend he owed for narcotics. Clark also admitted to stealing a red Craftsman compressor from another vehicle owned by Riul Zuaga.

Clark directed officers to his truck and allowed officers to retrieve the compressor and the property was returned to Zuaga. Clark also admitted to attempting to enter two other vehicles in the parking lot. During booking, Davidson County Sheriffs Office personnel, M. Bolten found narcotics inside Clark’s wallet. The narcotics included methamphetamine, heroin, and suboxone. Clark told officers what the narcotics were.

Timothy Clark was arrested and charged with contraband in a penal institution and two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $7,500 bond.
