She then advised officers when she attempted to call 911 Whitney ripped the phone away from her. Senatore showed police the minor injury which was consistent with her story. Whitney was found outside on the sidewalk agitated and speaking nonsensically. He denied all of the allegations against him and claimed that Senatore had been verbally harassing him while he was standing on a chair getting “foodstuffs”. It was determined Whitney was the primary aggressor based on Senatore’s injury and account of the events that took place.

Robert Whitney was arrested and charged with domestic assault causing bodily harm and interference of a 911 call. He is jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.
