Man pulls gun on his ex-girlfriend and her father, says he’s going to “shoot everyone”

23-year-old Deonte Foster was charged with three counts of aggravated assault after he pointed a gun at his ex-girlfriend, her father, and her father’s friend while saying he was going to “shoot everyone”.

On July 18th, Metro Nashville officers were dispatched to 4824 Peppertree Drive for a report of a person with a gun. Officers made contact with Marcus Trimble who stated he and his friend received a call from his friend’s daughter stating she had broken up with Deonte Foster and had been in a verbal argument with him and was becoming aggressive.

Trimble and his friend arrived on the scene and Foster went to his vehicle and produced a handgun. Trimble stated Froster pointed the handgun at him, his friend, and his friend’s daughter. Trimble stated Foster was shouting and making threats to “shoot everyone”. Foster then fled the scene.

On September 17th, Deonte Foster was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and bond was set at $75,000.
