23-year-old Casie Moe was charged with driving under the influence after police found her vehicle still running on railroad tracks and she admitted to drinking three beers, two margaritas, and a shot of tequila.

On September 22nd, Metro Nashville Police Officers responded to 1101 North 8th Street for a car that was stuck on the train tracks. When they arrived Casie Moe was inside the still-running vehicle and told police that she did not know how she got stuck on the train tracks.

Then she told the officers that she had to cross the train tracks to get to her home located at 1020 20th Avenue but they noted that across the tracks was Ellington Parkway. The officers also found out that her home was approximately four and a half miles away. Moe, the officers reported, had the smell of alcohol on her breath which she said was from only three beers. Later when she was Mirandized she admitted to also having two margaritas and a shot of tequila. While looking for her identification card inside her purse she seemed disoriented and had red watery eyes. Once she agreed to perform a field sobriety test and showed signs of impairment on all three of the tests, she was given a breathalyzer which showed that she had a .19 blood alcohol content.

Casie Moe was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Her bond was set at $5,000.
