47-year-old Kathleen Fildes was charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure after officers observed her urinating in public.
On September 1st, Metro Nashville Police Officers were on patrol on 3rd Avenue South when they witnessed Kathleen Fildes pull her pants down to her ankles and publically expose her genitalia to pee in a doorway.
Fildes was determined to be extremely intoxicated. She was not steady on her feet, could not spell her own name, or care for herself.
Kathleen Fildes was arrested and charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure. On September 2nd, the indecent exposure charge was dismissed and she was found guilty of public intoxication.
