28-year-old Jamesha Grady was charged with criminal trespass, vandalism, two counts of theft, and domestic assault when she bit her girlfriend, smashed her windshield with a cinder block, stole $200 worth of items from Kroger after being banned, and took four boxes of diapers from Dollar General to sell on Facebook.

On August 5th, 2017, Metro Nashville police were dispatched on a domestic assault call. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Sundee McClain, who stated that she and Jamesha had been dating for approximately a month. She said that they had gotten into a verbal altercation about Jamesha using the vehicle the night before.

Sundee stated the argument became physical when Jamesha bit her under her left armpit chest area. Jamesha reportedly left the residence, but soon returned and called her saying that she was going to flatten the tires of the vehicle. When she went outside to check on her car, she found Jamesha holding a cinder block and smashing it through both the back window and the windshield. She grabbed her phone and threw it in the sewer outside and then fled the scene. Officers did recover the phone from the sewer and two witnesses corroborated Sundee’s story.
