29-year-old Kieara Shelbourne was charged with theft of a firearm after officers found a weapon in her possession that was reported stolen.
On September 1st, Metro Nashville Officers responded to 2600 Clarksville Pike to investigate a related incident and located a firearm Kieara Shelbourne claimed was hers.
The weapon was confirmed to be stolen by the Nashville Police Department Records Division. Kieara maintained that the firearm had been given to her by a family member.
Kieara Shelbourne was arrested and charged with theft of a firearm and her bond was set at $2,500.
