Woman stabs another’s tires during parking lot fight

57-year-old Beverly Bass was charged with aggravated assault and vandalism after she was involved in an altercation with a woman at EZ Mart, threatened her with a knife, stabbed two of her tires, and fled the scene before police arrival.

On June 19th, Metro Police officers responded to an altercation at the EZ Mart located at 2610 Clarksville Pike. Jarvisha Muse reported that she and Beverly Bass had gotten into an altercation in the parking lot. The altercation continued into the store where the employees had to intervene. Muse then returned to her vehicle.

Bass approached Muse’s car with a knife and stabbed the front passenger tire. Bass then attempted to open Muse’s door, then stabbed the rear passenger tire. Bass then got into the passenger seat of an unknown vehicle and left. The surveillance video confirmed the complaint and identified Beverly Bass.

On September 9th, Beverly Bass was arrested and charged with vandalism and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $26,000.
