18-year-old Treshaun Delucia and Quantaz Carter were charged with theft of property, possession of a weapon, and evading arrest when aviation found them in a stolen car that gave chase through Antioch.

On September 18th, a stolen vehicle was being tracked by the Metro Nashville Police Department with the help of Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) aviation. They tracked it from Smyrna on Interstate 24 traveling west towards Davidson County and diverting away from police at high rates of speed. Officers backed off due to aviation observing the vehicle taking the Old Hickory Boulevard exit off of I-24.

The vehicle was recklessly weaving through traffic before coming to a stop at Mount View Road and Bell Forge Parkway. Quantaz Carter was driving the vehicle with Treshaun Delucia and Destiny Coman as passengers. They left the vehicle to flee on foot. Officer Christopher Lawson gave them commands to stop. With more help from aviation directing officers to their location, they converged on all three and took them into custody. After they were placed into custody police found a loaded Taurus G2C handgun in their flight path.

Treshaun Delucia was arrested and charged with theft of property, evading arrest, and unlawful possession of a weapon. He is currently jailed in lieu of $7,000.
