La Rosa club manager jailed after ignoring emergency health orders #COVID19

33-year-old manager of La Rosa, Emil Gadelrab, was charged with violating an emergency order when La Rosa was over capacity per the order, open past 11 P.M, and failed to enforce social distancing/mask protocol. He was then cited and refused to sign the ticket.

On October 18th, Metro Nashville Police officers responded to La Rosa Lounge located at 6317 Charlotte Pike in regard to an emergency order violation. The La Rosa manager, Emil Gadelrab, was operating the business passed 11 P.M. which is in direct violation of the emergency health order.

Upon arrival, officers observed approximately 75-85 guests inside of the business. Per the affidavit, officers also stated they could smell burnt marijuana from inside of La Rosa. Guests were not wearing masks nor were they socially distanced. There was also no sign of divider walls to separate the guests.

Officers were able to identify the manager as he was answering employee and customer questions. When cited, Emil refused to sign the ticket and was taken into custody.

Emil Gadelrab was arrested and charged with violating an emergency order. He was released on his own recognizance.
