Tamra stated she and Mark Harper, her now ex-boyfriend, were staying at a Comfort Inn, located at 412 White Bridge Road, when they got into an argument. Tamra advised police that she decided to leave and called a taxi to take her home. Dukuly picked her up from 5600 Charlotte Avenue and as they were driving on the interstate they realized Harper was following them. Harper then tried to run them off the road and ram into the taxi, but he did not succeed. Harper was identified by Tamra and Dukuly when he sped past the precinct headed east on Korean Boulevard. Dukuly stated during the incident he feared for his life, as well as, Tamra’s.
