31-year-old Terrence Moreland was charged with domestic assault after he unlocked his ex-girlfriend’s door, shoved her, and punched her multiple times in the face while attempting to retrieve his things from her residence.

On October 13th, Officer Lindsey Anderson responded to a domestic assault report on 331 Foster Street. She made contact with Keondra Grayson, who stated that she and her ex-boyfriend Terrence Moreland were at his house the day prior. Terrance told her to leave shortly after getting into an argument with someone else. Three hours later, he came to her residence and knocked on her door to retrieve multiple items he left there. When Keondra came near her back door with his belongings in her arms, Terrence unlocked her door with his key and pushed her on the ground.

He punched her numerous times with his fists and did not stop until he noticed she was bleeding. Keondra went to her bathroom to clean herself up and went to the hospital. She was admitted to Centennial Hospital and Officer Anderson noticed three stitches on her forehead from the incident. She also had a scrape on her shinbone and noticeable swelling above her right eyebrow. There was also visible blood near and on the door of her residence.

Terrence Moreland was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
