18-year-old Victor Vazquez was charged with assault when he reportedly chased his classmate down a hallway and tased him in the chest, sending his classmate to the hospital.
On September 21st, Draven Hancock reported he was walking to the elevator from his room at 122 Liberty Lane when his classmate, Victor Vazquez, chased him down the hallway with a taser.
Draven proclaimed this was not the first time this happened and not the first time he asked Victor not to do it. According to the affidavit, Victor caught up to Draven and tased him in the chest, then walked back to his room. Draven stated he proceeded to go downstairs and head to work. A few hours later Draven advised his chest began to hurt and reportedly went to the hospital for his taser-related pain. Draven was later notified that Victor confessed to another classmate, Chass Parrish, about the tasing incident.
On October 26th, Victor Vazquez was arrested and charged with assault. He was later freed on pretrial release.
