19-year-old Salvador Rodriguez was charged with three counts of aggravated assault after he and an accomplice pointed guns at the mother of his child and two others during an argument about their daughter.

On October 20th, a Metro Nashville Police officer responded to a domestic call about shots fired at the residence of 705 Huntington Parkway. The officer made contact with Diana Annette Rivera-Pompa, Perla Aguirre-Decena, and Fernanda Garcia. Rodriguez pointed his weapon at Diana first out of jealousy. Perla attempted to de-escalate the situation, but failed and tried to help Diana escape the situation. He then pointed the gun at her. Fernanda Garcia, a witness, tried to intervene but was unsuccessful. Rodriguez and his accomplice told her to go back inside. She claimed police were on their way and Rodriguez fled the scene, shooting the gun twice in the air on the way out.

Salvador Rodriguez was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $60,000 bond.
