27-year-old Stephanie Kirby was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after she tried to hit her boyfriend several times with his own vehicle.
On October 5th, Andre Jones and an unnamed witness filed a report with Nashville Metro Police. Jones stated, and the witness confirmed, Stephanie Kirby attempted to hit Jones multiple times with his own vehicle after a verbal argument.
Officers were also supplied with video footage that confirmed the report. A warrant was then issued for her arrest.
On October 6th, Stephanie Kirby was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $25,000 and she was later freed on pre-trial release.
