38-year-old Krystal Harrington was charged with domestic assault after she reportedly left abrasions around her son’s neck while trying to drag him out to her car for weekend visitation.

On October 22nd, the father of a 13-year-old juvenile victim contacted Metro Nashville Police. The teen stated Krystal Harrington, his mother, came to his house to get him for the weekend. He had already talked to his father about not wanting to go with her because he was afraid of her. The father was not at the residence at the time, but was en route to help with the situation. He told police his mother grabbed him by his shirt, rolled it in her fist, and the collar was so tight that it clamped around his neck.
