38-year-old Laquinta Smith was charged with vandalism and domestic assault after she purposefully backed into her ex’s car because he wouldn’t give her something she demanded.
On April 25th, Metro Nashville Police Department took a statement from Terrance T. Frye in which he stated he stated his ex-girlfriend Laquinta Smith showed up at his residence at 321 Antioch Pike.
He told police that she demanded he give her property that did not belong to her. When he refused, she got in his face and proceeded to chest-bump him. He stated that when she left, she intentionally struck the front of his parked car with her vehicle, then drove away. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
On October 8th, Laquinta Smith was arrested and charged with domestic assault and vandalism. She was later released on a $2,000 bond.
