Antioch man punches hole in door, pokes child’s mother in the eye; per report

27-year-old Kyro Quinto was charged with domestic assault and vandalism after he punched a hole in a door at his child’s mother’s home and repeatedly poked her in the head on a separate occasion when she would not hug him.

On June 28th, Larry Carter told Metro Nashville Police about an incident at the residence he owns on 3405 Old Anderson Road. Carter’s daughter lives in the home and has a child with Kyro Quinto, but they do not live together. According to the affidavit, Quinto was at the residence with Carter’s daughter when an argument broke out and Quinto became upset and punched a hole into a closet door. The estimated cost of damage was about $300.

On November 7th, Kyro Quinto went to Jennie Picazzo‘s residence to take care of their child while she was at work. According to the affidavit, Quinto tried to hug Picazzo as she was leaving and became upset when she did not hug him back. She attempted to leave but Quinto blocked the front door. She told officers she pushed him out of the way but he pushed her back and began yelling and poked her in the face and eye. Picazzo said she was finally able to leave through the back door but Quinto followed her and continued yelling once they were outside.

On November 17th, Kyro Quinto was arrested and charged with domestic assault and vandalism. He was later released on a $3,000 bond.
