Officers then spoke with Andy Martinez who advised Luis had screamed at his daughter while he was at work. According to the affidavit, Andy came home and confronted him and Luis responded by pointing a gun in Andy’s face and yelling that he would defend himself. Andy told officers he intended to file an order of protection, but he did not want assistance at the time.
