Charges dropped for woman accused of assaulting 2018 Antioch IHOP shooting victim

23-year-old Tori Keeton was charged with domestic assault and vandalism after her boyfriend told officers she attacked him in the hospital because he was texting another woman. The charges were dropped because the victim is no longer alive.

On March 29th, 2018, Metro Nashville Police officers responded to a domestic disturbance call located at TriStar Summit Hospital on 5655 Frist Boulevard. According to the affidavit, Tori Keeton became angry after finding out her boyfriend Kevin Stewart was texting another girl while he was at the hospital.

She proceeded to take his iPhone 10 and throw it against the ground destroying it, the device was valued at $1,100. Tori then jumped on top of him and punched him in the face with a closed fist causing two knots on his forehead.

Kevin Stewart was gunned down on October 19th, 2018, outside of an Antioch IHOP. Keeton talked about her tumultuous relationship with Stewart on Facebook and even claimed to have witnessed his death.

On November 13th, Tori Keeton was arrested and charged with vandalism and domestic assault. Those charges were dismissed because Kevin Stewart is not alive. She is currently jailed without bond on two counts of probation violation.
