30-year-old Kristen Peden was charged with domestic assault when officers say she showed up at Hooters, struck her husband’s female friend, and then him when he tried to break up the fight. He was holding their daughter when she assaulted him.
On October 29th, Goodlettsville Police officers were dispatched to Hooters located at 654 Wade Circle in regard to a fight. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Aaron Busby who stated he and Kristen Peden got into an argument earlier that day, so he went to Hooters with a friend to relax.
Peden proceeded to send him a message saying she was going to come and “whoop their ass.” Per the affidavit, Peden showed up to Hooters and hit his friend Chelsea Bolling. When Busby attempted to break them up Peden hit him multiple times while he was holding their daughter. Busby stated both he and their child were impacted by the blows. Officers determined Peden to be the primary aggressor of the incident.
Kristen Peden was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was released on a $1,500 bond.
