21-year-old Nigel Allcorn was charged with domestic assault after he started an argument with his roommate, spat on him, and hit him in the face several times in front of their other roommate.
On November 3rd, Metro Nashville Police officers were dispatched to 614 Whispering Hills Drive in response to a reported assault. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Brady Davis, who stated he and his other roommate, Michael Cook, were playing video games when Nigel Allcorn came in and stated, “we need to talk.” Davis told officers that Allcorn was not making any sense and had been drinking that day. The men reportedly began to argue and it escalated when Allcorn reportedly spat at Davis and struck him in the face several times
Officers observed Davis’ face to be red and swollen. When Cook was interviewed, he corroborated Davis’ story. Allcorn was not present when officers arrived, but they later made contact at 5101 Edmondson Pike to gather his statement. Based on the evidence presented, Allcorn was determined to be the primary aggressor.
Nigel Allcorn was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on a $1,000 bond.
