Upon further investigation, officers discovered Jeremiah had a laceration to his left eye. When asked who stabbed him, he stated his girlfriend, Alexis Howard, did it in the kitchen. While at the hospital, the medical staff stated he will probably never see out of his left eye again. He was rushed into the operating room before the interview was completed, but medical staff confirmed a sharp bladed object had to be pushed into his eye with force to do this type of damage.

On December 7th, Alexis Howard was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was later released on a $3,000 bond.
