40-year-old Allison Hejdak was charged with vandalism when security at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk told authorities that she shattered their glass door because she was upset about being escorted out at closing time.
On December 3rd, Metro Nashville Police officers were waved down by Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk security personnel, James Pearce, at 221 Broadway. He told them Allison Hejdak was being detained at the location. According to the affidavit, Hedjak had been escorted out because the business was closing. When they shut the door behind her, Allison began to hit the front door glass and it shattered.
When officers asked her what happened she told them she had “fucked up.” Officers said she admitted to punching the door because she was upset Pearce told her to leave. The general manager estimated the cost of damage to be more than $1,000.
Allison Hejdak was arrested and charged with vandalism over $1,000 but less than $2,500. She was freed on pre-trial release.
