21-year-old Jamisha King was charged with burglary after police say she entered a Walmart, tried to stash away merchandise, and then walk out.

On December 9th, Metro Nashville Police officers were dispatched to Walmart. According to the affidavit, police officers met with Walmart’s Loss Prevention and Jamisha King was already in their custody.

Walmart staff provided officers with the trespass waiver signed by Jamisha in January 2018. Since she knowingly entered the business after being trespassed, officers found probable cause to make an arrest and place her into custody.

Jamisha King was arrested and charged with burglary. She was later freed on pretrial release.
