24-year-old Savannah Liebhart was charged with domestic assault and contraband in a penal facility when she reportedly punched her boyfriend in the face at Tin Roof and hydrocodone was found in her purse during booking.
On December 13th, Metro Nashville Police officers responded to a domestic assault at Tin Roof located at 1516 Demonbreun Street. When officers arrived, they made contact with William Sidebotham II who stated he and his girlfriend, Savannah Liebhart, were at the bar when they got into an argument. He stated Liebhart took his keys and refused to return them. William stated he proceeded to take the keys out of her hand and Liebhart punched him in the face. Officers were able to observe William’s injuries and took photos.
Officers also stated Liebhart showed multiple signs of impairment such as slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her person. When she was taken into custody the officers asked if she had any illegal substances or weapons in her possession and she responded that she did not. When Liebhart and her belongings were searched upon entry of the Davidson County Correctional Facility, a white tablet was discovered inside of her purse. The white tablet was found loose inside with no prescription and was later identified as 325 mg of hydrocodone.
Savannah Liebhart was arrested and charged with domestic assault and contraband in a penal institution. She was later released on a $2,000 bond.
