37-year-old Erica Mulina was charged with two counts of aggravated assault when she and her ex went out for drinks, then followed him and a woman in his vehicle and rammed into them multiple times which caused them to end up in a ditch.
On September 15th, Michael Grabau reported to police he met up with his ex-girlfriend, Erica Mulina, at a bar in the Hermitage area. Michael stated after having a few drinks he got into his vehicle with Sara Weaver. At one point, Weaver stopped at a gas station when she and Grabau realized Mulina was following them in a dark-colored SUV. The police report stated Mulina proceeded to ram her vehicle into theirs then got out and began to act belligerent.
Weaver was able to drive away, but moments later while they were driving down Smith Springs Road, Mulina rammed into their vehicle again. Mulina did this multiple times and Weaver told officers their vehicle was “PIT Maneuvered” into a ditch by her. Grabau stated he exited his vehicle and witnessed Mulina driving the vehicle that struck them. He stated that’s when he told Weaver to drive away. Weaver stated she did not know Mulina but was able to identify her in a photo lineup. Officers were also able to observe the damages done to Grabau’s vehicle.
On December 10th, Erica Mulina was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was later released on a $10,000 bond.
