21-year-old Cornelius Williams is charged with domestic assault by offensive/provocative contact after spitting on his sister and pushing her, according to a witness.
In January, Metro Police Officer Donovan Coble arrived at Della Villa Road in response to a domestic assault call. Ronesha Williams advised that her brother, Cornelius Williams, had pushed her multiple times.
According to the report, Cornelius, also spit on Ronesha. These claims were backed up by the mother of the pair, who witnessed the incident. Officers noted no visible injuries to either party.
Cornelius Williams was arrested and charged with domestic assault by offensive/provocative contact. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
