25-year-old Brittany Summers is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after throwing a tote at her husband, who she says was cheating, then chasing him through the house with a hairdryer and hitting him with it – which he captured on video.
On January 13th, Metro Police arrived at Currey road in response to a domestic violence call. Brittany Summers advised that she and her husband had an altercation because of his alleged cheating.
Brittany admitted to throwing a tote at her husband during an argument. When speaking with the husband, he showed officers a video of Brittany chasing him around the house with a hairdryer, using it to hit him.
Brittany Summers was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
