A woman says her ex-boyfriend, 24-year-old Nathan McKenzie-Prohaska, came to her apartment, kicked her dog, pushed her into a wall, and threatened to “bury her in the graveyard down the street!”, according to newly filed court documents.

Nathan McKenzie-Prohaska was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Thursday morning on an outstanding warrant for domestic assault. The warrant alleges that while with a friend, he happened to end up at the apartment of his ex-girlfriend. The former couple ended up in a verbal argument and he was asked to leave the residence, at which time she says he became extremely angry and kicked her dog.

His ex-girlfriend says she has observed Nathan on drugs before, and he also appeared to be under the influence of narcotics on this night, too. She says after he kicked her dog he moved toward her and got in her face while screaming and pushed her with both hands causing her to fall into a wall. She says he then said: “You’re lucky I don’t smack you right now! I will bury you in the graveyard down the street!”.

A warrant was issued for his arrest on May 21, and on May 27th Nathan Tyler McKenzie-Prohaska was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with domestic assault. After the state-mandated 12-hour hold he was released on a $2,000 bond. Nathan McKenzie-Prohaska has been previously booked in Davidson County according to his OCA number, however, no records other records were available, indicating any prior charges were likely expunged, as the original OCA number is retained even after expunctions.

McKenzie-Prohaska graduated from Ravenwood High School in Brentwood, TN, and self-described as a “country, redneck boy”. A search of social media networks shows at least a dozen profiles, both old and new, that appear to be maintained by McKenzie-Prohaska. They show a wide range of personalities, identities, and relationships over the past few years. He is scheduled to appear in court in early June.

Ok wow the fact the NASHVILLE is believing this drama bull crap is wrong I know him PERSONALLY and the fact that this is even here is already a violation of his privacy and two the fact everyone is believing his ex is so stereotypical like how do yall know she didn’t have someone do something to her so she could blame it on him cause she has done it in the past and she is the one on drugs and 2 she has threatened me and my significant other to kill us, break into our apartment, beat our a$$’s and alot of other threats and I’m only going to say it now BRITTANY is his ex’s name the fact she didn’t have the guts to put her name is sad and she fled the scene the moment she called the police which violated the restraining order she put and she violated the one Nathan put on her so she should be in jail as is not only that but all the accusations put on Nathan were wrong and reversed she is the one who made those threats to Nathan she is just an attention seeker who attacks those who she doesn’t like and this is coming from me someone who has seen Britney pull things like this before not to mention Britney is on medication for her mental stability and has been off of them for about 5 months as well so the fact that she is already running a man’s life is wrongs in its self and the fact the Nashville my home rn is believing Rather than doing an investigation just shows and I quote “just how fucked up our justice system is” but that’s all I got to say and hope our great city can refrain from doing this again
