Paducah man charged in aggravated statutory rape of 16-year-old in Nashville

42-year-old David K, Tindell, who was 38 at the time of the incident, is charged with the aggravated statutory rape of a 16-year-old child in Nashville. The incident occurred in January of 2018 in Nashville. He has had multiple hearings in the case to date, and his next scheduled hearing in Nashville is coming up in August. He faces related charges in multiple other jurisdictions.

The Grand Jury indictment details an incident of aggravated statutory rape, in January of 2018, with a child of an undisclosed gender, who was 16 at the time, while he was 38. Tindell faces charges in multiple jurisdictions, including child pornography.

In Late 2018, Paducah searched his home after being contacted by another county in Tennessee, and in Kentucky, A McCracken County Grand Jury issued an indictment also charging him with possession of images or video portraying a sexual performance by a minor and prohibited use of electronic communications to procure a minor or peace officer regarding sex offenses.

Tindall remains free on a $50,000 bond from his Nashville case and remains active on social media. Tindell’s charges with minors involve date all the way back to 2000 in his Kentucky criminal records.

  3. This charge has been dismissed and expunged. This site showing it as a current charge is false. From what I understand, the charge was a lie from the victim’s mother who was actually abusing the child. Tindell actually got state police involved, saved the girl’s life and moved on. This remaining online hurts Tindell’s company, his employees, and the victim who wants to move on from her mother’s abuse.
