Tindall remains free on a $50,000 bond from his Nashville case and remains active on social media. Tindell’s charges with minors involve date all the way back to 2000 in his Kentucky criminal records.

This charge has been dismissed and expunged. This site showing it as a current charge is false. From what I understand, the charge was a lie from the victim’s mother who was actually abusing the child. Tindell actually got state police involved, saved the girl’s life and moved on. This remaining online hurts Tindell’s company, his employees, and the victim who wants to move on from her mother’s abuse.
