42-year-old David K, Tindell, who was 38 at the time of the incident, is charged with the aggravated statutory rape of a 16-year-old child in Nashville. The incident occurred in January of 2018 in Nashville. He has had multiple hearings in the case to date, and his next scheduled hearing in Nashville is coming up in August. He faces related charges in multiple other jurisdictions.

Gill is charged with the domestic assault of his ex-boyfriend, who is also a roommate, after police say his current boyfriend locked the ex-boyfriend out of the house, and when Gill went to unlock the door, he smacked the ex-boyfriend in the face and kicked him in the stomach.

Court records detail him slamming women to the ground, choking them, promising to do it again, and following through on that promise. He burned another with a cigarette as punishment, pushed one down the stairs, threw another around a parking garage, and even broke a child’s car seat to prevent the mother of his child from leaving with the baby. Oh, and when he was served with the latest order of protection, he sent that ex-girlfriend the “I apologize for nothing” meme, violating the order.
26-year-old Hunter Bridges was kicked out of Whiskey Bent on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Friday night and was so combative with security that MNPD officers became involved. The Indiana man resisted all efforts at calming down and eventually kicked at Officer Nicholas Pernell while being hobble restrained. While completing the arrest report, Bridges began making racial slurs at Pernell and spitting in his patrol car. Pernell, one of Nashville’s literal finest, a model turned policeman, handled the situation professionally and drove the man to jail while his hands and feet were shackled in the back of his patrol car.
21-year-old Jacob Goin was charged with DUI Friday after police say drove off the shoulder of I-65 South only to hit a guardrail and cross back across the interstate to then hit the center wall before coming to rest in the left lanes of traffic. He told police had drunk “on and off” and blew a 0.242 BAC on the breathalyzer test.
Metro Nashville Police Officer Citlaly Gomez was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week after police say piled merchandise inside a large tote in a shopping cart at Walmart, self-scanned a few items outside the tote and paid for those, but attempted to push the $472 in hidden merchandise out the door.

19-year-old Zion Lacy appeared in Juvenile court this week and waived his hearing, agreeing to transfer his case to adult criminal court, where he is now charged with 20 counts of rape of a child from when he was 16, and the male victim was 11 & 12. He is free on a $60,000 bond.
